Refund policy

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive them. If you think you have received a defective or incorrect item(s), contact us through email: thestellarfactory@gmail.com within 3 three business days. We ask that you include your order number to make the process quick. 

Items ordered can be returned and a refund will be issued. 

• All returns must be received within 15 days of purchase.

• Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return. 

• Returned items must remain unworn for sanitary reasons unless it is the following items: (handbags, bracelets, and rings.) Some items needs to be kept unopened and unused to qualify for a return.

• Shipping is non-refundable unless there was an error on our end. 

• The Stellar Factory takes pride in giving 100% satisfaction with all our products. We shall provide refunds or reimbursements in forms of discount codes if deemed necessary. As a starting small business, we discourage returns as much as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
